However, as per almost all online purchases, we are sure you want to find out more about our delivery arrangement, charges and warranty before hitting the “add to basket" button. To help you make the decision more easily, here are some of the answers to the questions that you may have as you prepare to get your cabinet furniture from us:
Our main objective when it comes to delivery is to make sure the cabinet you have chosen can reach your living room in the fastest, safest and most convenient manner possible.
As such, when you are at the checkout page, you will be given the option of listing down your preferred delivery date and time. Our standard delivery will be weekdays (Monday to Friday) 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and for your convenience, we do offer delivery services after working hours on weekday and on Saturdays for an additional charge.
Once we have received your payment, our logistics team will make the necessary arrangement to schedule the delivery. World Mall will try to schedule the delivery according to the preferred date/time slot as closely as possible and will our team members will get in touch with you at least 48 hours in advanced with the confirmed delivery details.
Depending on the furniture as well as your preferred delivery time and date, you can find the relevant delivery charges listed below.
The reason why there is a delivery charge is because to protect your new cabinet from damages during the delivery, we work with logistics professionals to ensure your furniture reaches you in the best possible condition.
World Mall is not trying to earn a profit here, but rather trying to ensure the cabinet you have chosen can reach your living room in a fast, safe and convenient manner by working with logistics professional.
Your furniture will be delivered to your doorstep for FREE when you spend $50 or more in any single transaction.
Standard Delivery Fees
Our standard delivery is weekdays (Monday to Friday) 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and the delivery fee will be $50. Do take note that this amount is waived as long as your purchase is above $50.
Special Delivery Fees
For delivery requests that fall outside of our standard delivery timing (Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), simply write in to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your preferred day and time for the delivery.
Right now when you make a purchase, there is NO special delivery charge. However, delivery is still subjected to the availability of our logistics partners.
Should there be any reasons that prevent our logistics partners from making the delivery via a lift (e.g. floor is not accessible by lift, furniture cannot be fit into the lift etc), we will first need to evaluate the situation and see if it is still possible to make the delivery without damaging the cabinet or stairway.
If it is deemed unfeasible to make the delivery by staircase, World Mall reserves the right the cancel the delivery. An additional staircase surcharge of $10 (per storey/floor) will be charged if the team finds it safe to make the delivery by staircase. Payment for the staircase surcharge must be made before the crew makes the delivery.
Special concession can be given for deliveries if our admin team is notified of such cases in advance.
No Show Penalty
Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the furniture at the pre-arranged time slot. If you need to change the delivery date or time, please let us know at least 24 hours in advanced so that we can make the necessary arrangement. Last minute changes (less than 24 hours in advance) and no show (our team arrives at the location with no one to pass the furniture to) will result in a penalty of $50.
