Return & Refund Policy

Before we make a purchase online, it is only human nature that we will want to make sure that we are buying from a reliable source. Rather than just merely “saying” how reliable we are, we are choosing to put the money where the mouth is by offering our customers a 360 days manufacturer cabinetry warranty.

360 Days Manufacturer Cabinetry Warranty

We are confident in the quality and workmanship of our furniture, we are prepared to offer you a 360 days manufacturer warranty.

What this means it this: you are free to bring the cabinets home, and if at any time, the product is defective, just bring it back and we’ll change it for you. No question asked!

Naturally, this warranty is for any defects you find in the product. The warranty doesn't cover cases of wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or poor handling during transit.

100 Days Free Return Policy

Within 100 days of making the purchase, you can return the cabinet to us for free (please refer to the “Free Return Eligibility” clause below) if you are dissatisfied with the product.

To do so, you may contact our staff at support@worldmallcabinets.com with the email subject “Activating 100 Days Free Return Policy” or use the form on our contact page. Once we have received your request, a member of our team will get in touch with you to aid you in the process of verifying your cabinet meets our free return eligibility.

The mode of refund will be the same as the payment mode when you purchased the furniture and the delivery cost will not be included in the refund. Should you require our logistics partner to pick up the furniture you would like to return, do note the relevant delivery fees for the provided service. Our team will schedule a pick up within two weeks from your return request acknowledgement date.

Free Return Eligibility

You will be able to enjoy the 100 days free return policy if and only if your furniture meets the following terms and conditions:

  • Furniture is in new, unused and unopened condition
  • Furniture is in original packaging with no damage
  • Furniture is in resalable condition

World Mall has full discretion to decide or reject an item should it fail to qualify for our free return policy conditions.

Pick Up Delivery Fee

Should you request for pick up, our team will schedule a pick up date within two weeks from your return request acknowledgement date. Do note that this service is chargeable and is non-refundable. A standard fee of $50 will be imposed and if the premise is inaccessible via the lift, an additional $10 per level will be included. The total pick up delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
